In Person Only:
Ignite Interval Training (45-60 minutes): Get your heart rate going, challenge your balance, and work on coordination/strength while reducing bradykinesia
Nordic Walking (30 minutes): Work on improving walking mechanics and speed with focused gait training outdoors with use of nordic poles for feedback and stability
*You will need to supply your own trekking poles. Click here for one affordable option.
In Person or Virtual:
Ignite Yoga (30 minute virtual, 45 minutes in person): Focus on reducing rigidity and improving flexibility, breath, and balance control.
Aerobic zone training (30 minutes): Using a stationary bike, rower, or treadmill train close to your maximum heart rate to make changes in brain chemistry and long term symptom management
